Our standard service covers ants, spiders, wasps, roaches, earwigs, silverfish, and more — basically, the whole "Central Valley lineup." If anything shows up in between your scheduled services, just call or text us. We offer free in-between spot treatments, no charge. We don’t ghost customers — we show up.

Nope! For routine exterior services, you don’t need to be home — we’ll send a “tech on the way” text before we arrive and leave a detailed digital or paper service summary when we’re done. If you have a gate or pets, we’ll make sure everything’s coordinated ahead of time so you’re never left guessing.

Your initial service is a deep flush treatment:

• We sweep down all the spider webs and wasp nests

• Apply a strong perimeter spray 2 ft up and 2 ft out

• Treat your yard from the front curb to the back fence

• Seal off known entry points and hot spots

• Then, we follow up in 20–30 days, free of charge, to make sure we broke the pest cycle.

  After that, it’s smooth bi-monthly maintenance.

We show up visibly: webs gone, pests reduced, detailed notes left, and issues resolved before you even need to call. We also use monitoring traps and follow-up photos (especially for interior work or infestations like German roaches). Our work is visible — even when the bugs aren’t.

That’s actually common — especially in the first few days after a new treatment. The products are flushing pests out of hiding. Most issues resolve quickly, but if you're still seeing activity after 7–10 days, we’ll come back out for free. Our service includes those call-backs — and they’re built into our system on purpose.
